Solo – Ballard Lofts
InHaus Development is excited to announce their boutique 20 unit BuiltGreen 4Star condominium building in the fantastic Seattle community of “Old Ballard”.

Beachaus I + II – White Rock, BC
InHaus Development has recently completed building two LEED PLATINUM “modern beach houses” in the White Rock area, located approximately 30mins outside Vancouver, BC. These two individual “small footprint”, thoughtfully designed homes are “green/sustainable” due to the nature of their construction, design, orientation, insulation & efficiency. These award winning homes will serve as a model for a number of planned projects in the area.
To design the homes, we are very proud to have worked with the award winning team at Chris Pardo Design : Elemental Architecture of Seattle, Washington. Pardo has developed a loyal following around the world, becoming known for their unique modern / minimalist aesthetic, and striking homes that are “simple in nature” yet high quality in construction. He has been named the “Top Architects Under 40” by worldwide architecture, and hold top-spots on every major list of sustainable architects in North America.
17th+Main – Vancouver BC
This 3000sf “Classically Modern” home was built on a 25′ wide infill lot in the vibrant Vancouver neighborhood of Main St/Mt. Pleasant. This single family home with separate suite was built using traditional materials in a modern context, and achieved an energuide score over 80.
The project featured energy star appliances (yes, even that amazing fridge), an efficient heat pump with A/C, complete HRV system, energy monitoring system & complete solar prewire. Efficient fixtures & CFL bulbs were used throughout. The property has a walkscore of 88 and has a detached garage w/additional parking. The home was completed in 2012 and has now been sold.
BELLA – Burnaby BC
Bella is a mixed-use 33 unit residential condo building with 5 commercial/retail units on the ground level. Located in the Edmonds corridor between Kingsway & Canada Way, Bella provided large, bright, quality built units at affordable price points for both investors and first-time home buyers. Built & sold out through the real estate recession in 2008, Bella was one of few projects to emerge from the real estate slowdown unscathed.
